Good Points

Very informative website. Had more information than any other retailer. Easy to find what I was looking for.


Bad Points

Applied gift card at checkout, and e-mail confirmation made me think all of the amount was only applied to the credit card. After calling to check the gift card had been properly applied, but their e-mail confirmation system had a bug in it for gift cards. Very friendly customer service.


General Comments

Edwin Watts Golf phone customer service reps seem very knowledgeable and pleasant. I would recommend.
