Good Points

Staff excellent, cabins clean.


Bad Points

Drinks expensive, gratuity of 15% charged on everything, not enough communication on general information over the loud speakers etc. A lot of movement on-board, the decor needs updating, the MS Mercury is going in for a refit this year apparently. No Mexican influence such as music on board, only one lunch time throughout the whole trip.


General Comments

Compared to other cruises we have done this was the worst, we will never use Celebrity Cruises again. We felt very let down by the service, we paid for luxury and felt we did not get it. We will definitely advise people not to use this company.
