Incapable of setting up foreign payments - one payment took 3 months to complete.
The Euro account which holds Euro's cannot be used for Euro transactions, except by cheque - which nobody in Europe accepts.
The bank charges for transfers between the Euro and Sterling accounts - even if the purpose of the transfer is to withdraw Euros - daft but true.
If you do have an account, don't ever change address, as they don't seem to be able to do that.
My business address changed, and since then, the Natwest business bank account statements have been sent to my home in my personal name, so now my accountant says it is difficult to separate the personal and business dealings.
