-Stylish Looks
-Great performance, even when stock
-Great features, especially the spec r model, which I own
-Good boot space for a sports car, nice modern interior with leather dash and trims.
-Awesome sound from the stock BOV and engine at high revs
-Loud gearbox
-Very, very loud engine, sounds like a Ford(!) especially with the radiator fan blowing away.
-Very expensive to keep LOL
I have owned this car for 3 weeks and I do not regret a single moment with it. I was fortunate enough to find a yellow one as well and I must admit I fell in love with it the very first time I saw it - it's the hottest looking thing!! Handling on this car is superb!! I've noticed this with most Nissan sports cars, such as the skylines etc, as I was originally looking for these as well. Love the ride, extremely low, yet at the same time, visibility is amazing, you can change lanes without looking over your shoulders. The interior is very stylish, not like most Japanese cars with the rough plastics, wish I could have found a spec R GT spec with the leather seats as well but I found the leather seats not as comfy as the normal material ones. The seats are very supportive, however they could have been better, but for what you get it's great value, as they look great too! You do turn heads, but this isn't no chick machine, most girls don't even know or have never even heard of a 200sx, but once they've seen one they will admit it is one sexy looking car! Try to find one that's ADM, however the JDM's have better specs in terms of its engine, however make sure you get the necessary documentation with it, purchasers receipts etc. Now a lot of people thang these cars, so make sure that gear box and clutch are not worn out and check exhaust manifolds have not been cracked. Apparently at 150,000ks the belts tend to losen a bit so check for this if you're buying one with high k's on it, also turbo unit is recommended to be replaced at this age as well. If car comes with service books, that would be best.
