The Customer Service was great. Our flight to CDG was cancelled, so they put us directly on the flight to Orly, the alternative airport in Paris. They gave no charge for our bus ride from Orly to CDG in apology for the cancelled flight. Great food, good entertainment on long haul flight, space was fine and overall an airline where you get your moneys worth.
The seats on the long haul were annoying because when the passenger in front pushes his/her seat back, you have barely any space. Air France should attend to that.
