Good Points

Reassuring booking procedure.

Bad Points

Failed to arrive at the airport to collect the vehicle, we had to make alternative arrangements after waiting 70 minutes.

General Comments

Compared with most other reviewers I got off lightly, taking my car elsewhere after they failed to arrive to collect it. How I wish I had read these reviews before booking!
