I bought a queen sleeper couch. It came with 2 holes in the fabric and the bottom wasn't stapled properly. When you sat on the couch the sleeper was so low the cousins would sink and when you got up they would be stuck inside the frame. The first warranty repair they forgot to fix it. There idea of fixing it was to put a 2x4 under the cushions and I could just take it out when I had to use the bed. I asked for a new couch without a bed if that was the case and I was denied and now they won't fix it at all because I apparently gave up the right to have it fixed when I asked for a new one. I would not recommend Ashley Furniture to my worst enemy.

General Comments

Do not buy from Ashley furniture - they wouldn't return or exchange my seating. It seems like they're unwilling to stand behind their product.
