Good Points

Get two loads of washing done done in half the time of a regular washing machine.
Can manage to wash sofa covers without too many creases also.
Child door lock is a plus too.
Plus walking into the kitchen to find a nice piece of modern art that's functional.


Bad Points

Too many call out's in 2.5 years - control panel changed 3 times, front door (broken hinge), element went and now the drum has broke -I've been told to wait 2 weeks for repair which isn't convenient for a family. I've been told that it can't be replaced as they no longer make machines - have a guess as to why? They offered half of what I paid for the machine and have taken it away now. I'm really disappointed with their response - I had spent a lot of time and effort in selecting the correct machine for our household and this didn't even make it through half the time it was supposed to last (20 years) - wishful thinking.


General Comments

I'm really disappointed as I was expecting the Dyson CR01 Memory to last for a while - I really liked the design and my kitchen was planned around it - now I have a great big hole in my life (kitchen) and it can`t be replaced. Stay clear, you will be disappointed and after you have had a Dyson it's really hard to go back to conventional washing machines. 600 pounds wont buy me anything as big.
