Staff are generally polite and apologetic but then they need those skills for certain
Fresh never connected but they took the money. Every attempt to fix the problem finished in failure.
Every contact is to a premium rate line and you still get nowhere. I have tried to get my money back but no one seems to be able to speak about that. They send you round the loop again. I would never knowingly deal with this company again.
Carphone don't care. they will promise to call you back but haven't so far. They have given zero effort to resolving a small problem. I would love to hear from others who have had similar experience.
