I found the YEPP NEU to be extremly user un-friendly. I had to reinstall Jukebox and the YEPP drivers after I bought a new computer and 6 months later I still cant get it to work. I have tried to get information from the Samsung website and it is full of broken links so I cannot get the software, nor could I find a phone number for technical support. I tried on two occaisons to call Samsung's general customer service line and was told the that Portable Audio department was out to lunch and that I had to call back. I've given up and will be purchasing a different mp3 player next week. If anyone is interested in buying mine, it will be posted on Ebay later this week. I hope you have better luck than I did!
