Wen you speak to an operator they are polite and helpful.
The website only gives you 2 minutes to fill in all your details.
I have used ticketmaster.co.uk for a few events now and have always found them reliable. I think the added service charge makes the tickets more expensive than they need be and knowing you only have two minutes to book makes you make silly mistakes which causes you to sometimes lose your tickets. I like that you can view a seating plan before deciding on your tickets and I've found that the tickets always arrive very quickly.
All in all, a very reliable site.
