Good Points
Easy and straight forward to arrange on the net.

Bad Points
They will simply not pay on a claim for my camera which I lost on holiday. They came up with every excuse under the sun in order to avoid paying out. I have never ever claimed anything on travel insurance before and at 42 years and an average of 4 to 6 holidays a year that's some going. My experience suggests that Esure are simply not to be trusted when things go pear shaped. They don't want to know, plain and simple.

General Comments
Don't bother insuring with Esure if you want to be covered. If they won't pay for a £100.00 camera then what chance have you got if you fall ill? Worth a thought!

So angry! I have cone across the same. Our camera and money was stolen from our apartment, when we were in the apartment and they will not pay out! Waste of time- do not insure with them
