The phone looks very nice
Bad Points
The phone book does not work as you can't search for names and to use the radio you have to purchase a different set of headphones.
General Comments
I have had to return this phone and when the replacement arrived that too was faulty. I spoke to Benq-Siemens and they told me that this is a common software fault.
