I borrowed £5000 in July 2003. I am still paying it back over 5 years, paying £144.33 a month, which is a total of £8659.00.
Black Horse Finance have done OK out of it - £3659.00 profit. I would have never got the loan, but I was suffering from depression and anxiety at the time, and I did not know what I was doing. They lend money very easily, but there's a big price to pay.

Don,t know why you are complaining - you applied for a loan and got it, and would have know the APR ,and repayment amounts and term before agreeing!
20% APR is not bad compared to some other lenders...
