Good Points
Good design, Washes lots of clothes, effective cleaning
Bad Points
Abysmal reliability, can no longer get parts
General Comments
Although Dyson don't make the CRO1 any more they still service them which is just as well as it breaks down thoroughly every 6 months or so. However, although it has taken up to 2 weeks for an engineer to come out they haven't yet charged and have replaced lots of bits.
They were way too expensive when they came out and the engineer said the colours weren't popular or they would have done better - On balance I still wish we hadn't bought one as there are more reliable and effective models out there now which wash just as well.
