Good Points

I sell Porsches, Ferraris, Aston-Martins, Lamborghinis and other exotica for a living, so I get to drive some very exciting cars. Some are a big disappointment, others really surprise you with the way they drive, but one thing that never changes is that a great car does not have to have a massive price tag, sometimes the manufacturers get it right straight from day 1.
I had wanted a Prelude VTEC since driving one on a Toyota Celica GT launch day back in the early 90's, so I waited for one of these Preludes to come in P/X.
Then a couple of years ago one came along, 90k on the clock in a horrid green-blue colour (but I wasn't buying it for the colour) so I bought it.
The engine is a gem! It makes you want to drive for drivings sake and that alone makes it stand out from the dull and wheezy cars that are churned out for todays motorists. The car turns in very sharply, again adding to the driving experience, on a twisting and undulating country lane this car takes some beating, it goes where you point it and flies and lands flat and smooth. . . . . . I like that in a car! None of the usual fighting to go straight on so tiresome and common in other FWD Cars.
I am going to use the car for track days, sprints and possibly the odd single venue stage rally, and I'll tell you what, I bet it's a lot quicker than the MK2 Escort RS2000 I used to rally.
Honda should be commended for producing such a great car with so much innovation.
I'm really glad I bought one, its been a load of fun and it only cost £1400!

Bad Points

Not Many.

General Comments

What other car offers so much for so little.
