Quite easy to set up and no web development experience required.
Bad Points
The fact that you have to host your web address with ekmsystems, so you lose all your back-end website controls , including control of your images, forums etc etc (if you are using the full version).
It is very limited in what it can do if you aren't advanced enough to override their systems.
They give you templates, but again, these are very basic, and you'll be struggling to get a very professional shop. They expect you to develop your own design using their own ekm computer programming language and if you haven't got any programming experience, then you are stuck with basic designs.
You cannot temporarily close your shop (just in case you need a vacation or there's an emergency).
Unless your items are in a csv. file, products take ages to upload, and the amount of clicks you have to go through in order to get tasks done is unacceptable.
Deleting items is the same, it takes ages as everything has to be done, one-by-one.
General Comments
EkmPowershop is a basic online shop and you're getting what you payed for - don't expect anything amazing here. If you want a professional looking shop with better features then don't go for this product.
