Everything else - Carcraft sucks big time!
I bought a Smart Roadster. 2 months of dry weather, then we got lots of rain - my footwells began to fill with water. There is obviously a leak somewhere. I've rang Carcraft customer services & was told, in so many words, that they really don't care & I should ring NAC (I have the 2 years free cover). So I did. Conveniently, NAC do not cover water leaks. I have now emailed Carcraft & am awaiting a reply. My car was almost £9,000. I do not expect to pay that much for a vehicle to have it fill with water 2 months later! The car was kept indoors in the Newport branch - indoors eh?
I am disgusted with how I was spoken to - they honestly don't give a damn. I would advise everyone to go elsewhere, no matter how good a deal it seems - they don't care once they've got your money.
Oh yeah, the pushy warranty sales people - get lost! I'm so glad I didn't pay for extra cover - NAC covers barely anything... oh and check out the "exceptions" for claiming - well done if your claim doesn't include any!
