Amazing service and prompt reply. In fact, easy to use and manage, and secure as well.
None yet encountered.
I-bank ebanking has really made life easy, especially fund transfers and bill payments options are secure and safe, as well as easy to use too. Taking out a statement is also an easy step. It's been more than 9 months since I've last visited a bank for any transactions, thanks to ICICI Internet Banking.
