Customer services are based in India, so sometimes it is hard to understand the person on the phone.


General Comments

The Evans store card is a great store card! Low APR, and loyalty points that are sent to you quarterly. And if you shop regularly in Evans or any Arcadia store, the points really rack up, and soon you will have enough to buy an outfit.

It can be used in any Arcadia store, so it can be used in over 2000 stores nationwide.

Some people like me are offered a MasterCard Evans card, which means you can use the card anywhere in the world where MasterCard is taken, and earn points on everything you buy; which means you really do rack up the points. Another great point is that you can pay off the card in store, so you don't need to set up a direct debit or go to a bank. You also get 56 days to pay and there is no annual fee.
