Very helpful and courteous operative on the phone. Arrived well within the 1 hour specified.
No local garages so breakdown truck had some distance to go to get to me.
I was very happy with the service I received from First Call GB Ltd when my exhaust fell off recently. The person who answered my call said someone should be with me within the hour and if not then they would call me back and let me know how long I'd have to wait. As it was, the breakdown truck arrived within 40 minutes.
