So far I have not experienced any good points.

Everything. From installation to customer service to their promise.


General Comments

I took their package of phone cable and internet for $100 a month and that has been the worst experience I have so far. First they did not show on the schedule date to install. When I called the customer service they said that they could not make on that day and the next schedule they gave me was after 10 days. When finally they showed up the guy told me they ran out of the HD box. I bought HD TV just for the College Bowl game and because of Time Warner I could not watch the game on HD. I even email their customer service and all I got on reply was thanks for the feedback. I was supposed to get call from their supervisor, which was told me by their customer service rep, however I did not got any call. And to make it worse, my phone went off after 3 weeks of installation. When I called them they said that the technician is available only after 3 days. I talked with their supervisor and her approach was pretty much if we are that bad why you are still with us. This company customer service is the most disgusting I have ever experienced.
