No response to calls, emails or letters!!

I have found out who the liquidators are who are taking on the Mobile Solutions case. I have not received any of the cashback offers promised to me, and after countless attempts by myself and by Three I felt like just giving up on it!!

I have just found out that there is nothing that Three can do about the cashback offer, as they no longer trade with Mobile Solutions, and after calling the Trading Standards Office, I managed to obtain the name and contact details of the liquidators of The Mobs. But, they notified me to the fact that, unfortunately, all us poor people who have not received our money from Mobile Solutions will be getting nothing at all from them now, as they had no assets whatsoever, so it is highly unlikely that I or any of you guys will be getting anything from them.

Do call them and write to them so that they have your name and details at least, and so that they know exactly how many people have been affected by this. They will send you a report on their process and what they uncovered - which is probably of no help to us, but at least it will put our minds at rest that there is no money, and we will not be able to claim from anyone or anything. Three will not be able to do anything about it, as they are not liable for the claim!

I am distraught... My hard earned money gone just like that. If I had known all this before ordering I would have definitely gone for another much better offer from somewhere else! There are some great deals on tariffs out there, but the lure of the cashback caught my attention! NEVER AGAIN!

What makes it worse is that my phone got stolen yesterday, and my insurance has just run out!!! LUCKY ME HEY??

So now, as I cannot cancel my contract, I am having to dish out more money to get another Sim, and I have to find a phone somewhere that I can use my Sim in!!

Any ideas where I can find one?
Anyone got one to lend me for a few months until my contract runs out, and then I can cancel the line and return the phone to you - I wouldn't normally ask as I hate having to ask people for things, but this is out of a desperate necessity!! I'm sorry! :(

  Hello. I'm in a similar position. I bought a contract from The Mobs for my mother, and now have 8 months to run on it at £35 per month with no cashback coming back.
  
  Do you have an address where I can send a complaint? As as you said, at least it would feel like you're getting somewhere in this dreadful situation.
