Good Points
Departure time was near enough 100%.
Plane was clean.
Baggage came off quickly.
Bad Points
Miserable looking staff, especially the senior ones.
Didn't feel particularly child friendly.
Rows/sides missed out on earphone/coffee service.
General Comments
I have always recommended Singapore Airlines but not this time. Their quality of service on the plane, which has always been SIA's strong point, was terrible. I was told SIA are child friendly and there are plenty of things to keep them occupied i.e. colouring books etc. My 2 year old was given a net bag, that kept him occupied for at least 3 seconds.
Trays were left for nearly one hour after people had finished eating. Coffee was taken down one aisle but not the other. I asked for earphones but they ran out when they got to my row. Over 2 hours later, after asking for the third time, I was given some.
Sorry SIA but you really let us down this time and I doubt I will fly with SIA again, having spent the last 15 years flying to Australia with them.
