General Comments

I had to add a quick review as I was so impressed with the quote I just got from them. I received my renewal last week from Norwich Union. They wanted £399. I used Confused.com to hunt for a better quote, and I was happy to find the AA offering the same thing for £349. I actually bought that insurance. However, just on the off chance this morning I checked the RAC (which Confused.com had not checked) and I was gob smacked. The RAC offered me the same insurance for £249. That is a saving of £150 on Norwich Union and £100 on the AA. This was for Comprehensive car insurance cover with an additional driver who has a speeding conviction. It also includes a courtesy car. I have cancelled my AA and gone with RAC. I haven't made a claim yet, but given the reviews on the Review Centre site, they are very similar for AA and RAC (and awful for Norwich Union). I'm made up!
