Good Points

I bought this camera at a great price at Costco including the dock. I was aware of the absence of a optical zoom but decided to make that trade off for the price. The pictures are excellent. I assume a 4-5 MP camera would be better but I dont really need that right now. I bought a 256 mb SD card and it holds approx 190 photos at the highest resolution. The software is okay but I have other software I use like photoshop deluxe etc. It is small and light. Thus far I have to say I quite like it. My 10 year old son loves to use it to take photos of cars etc.


Bad Points

No carrying case included and the batteries do drain fast. You will need the battery base and special rechargable batteries to handle the power requirements


General Comments

This is a good overall camera. It does not have a lot of bells and whistles but for the price you can't beat it. The photos I print out on photo paper are great. No trouble with the lens cap but it would be great to have a automatic one but hey for the price I will make do. Buy this camera if you are on a budget and want great pictures. You will need a computer of course.
