Good Points

Quick and simple to set up and use.
Has mostly been reliable.
Fantastic help line, which has sorted out all the problems.


Bad Points

Could have had a better basic package.
Sales department staff are not very helpful.


General Comments

We have had ours for just over a year now, and we have been generally very pleased with it. This is our second Dell PC, and we choose this one because the first had been so good. We had bought a Time PC between the two Dell's, and it had been terrible, with no support from Time computers. It was nice to have the great backup again for Dell's help line.

The Dell 5150 PC has had one fault, where it reset the BIOS settings, and then it would not boot. But the Dell helpline sorted out the problem within a very sort time, and we have had no problems since.

I would recommend Dell computers.
