One handed operation (if you are right handed). I must admit I didn't think the mechanism would last this long, as it looks a bit flimsy, but it's still great.
Bad Points
Battery life. Camera switch on side of phone can sometimes switch on whilst in your pocket or bag if pressed. Lack of phone memory, you really have to buy a memory stick for it. Other than that it's a great phone.
General Comments
A great phone, does everything you need it to, has a radio as well as mp3 player. I didn't think this phone would stand up to so much usage, and opening and closing of the flip, but it's still going strong. I've had the phone since June 2006.
