There are none
Expensive, slow, poor quality customer service, poor quality helplines.
Karoo where once voted as taking the internet back 10 years for the people of Hull, they where voted the worsed in a vote of isp's the vote only asked for the best, but the newspaper conducting the vote got so many bad remarks about karoo that they had to include the prize being so bad.
Karoo have just launched the new up to 8mbp service and let me tell you, they have again failed, it just doesn't work, it costs a fotune and they just want your money.
I have it on now, i can't even stream a BBC video, I just called the helpline (3 days to get through) then they tell me they can only call me back on Thursday (Sunday today)
They can only be this poor because of the monopoly they hold in Hull
It's a shameful service
