Withholding information, bad mouthing competitors, delays, lost baggage, very long lines, disregard customers.
When I called Air France in the US to find out what was going on, I was told they couldn't help me, they were too busy because of the many calls coming in, they asked for receipts believing that we won't keep receipts.
90% of the population doesn't save their receipts but I send the receipts with no response.
It was a very bad experience and I'm never going to recommended to anyone to travel with Air France.
