Good Points

I was told that all of my goods were in stock and should be delivered by the weekend without any problems.

Bad Points

Bad customer service. Delivery not made despite extra cost.

General Comments

My order hadn't arrived when promised. I looked online and my account and the status of the order was 'processing'. I telephoned Aria PC Technology customer service, and I was told that they needed to do a security check, as my delivery address (work) was different to my home address. Why had they not telephoned to do this, as my order was on next day delivery? They dispute this, and say I only paid the extra for a pm delivery. So I paid more to have a pm delivery next week when their standard is two days!? Go figure.

I was given a number for the 'security check guy', and it was unobtainable. Yet another call to customer service, and with a different number I get through to the main switchboard. Arrgghh! I chose the accounts department option, only to get through to a voicemail that said "you're through to extension 212, thank you, goodbye", and then it disconnected. I tried CS again, no answer. It's now 17:15 and they close at 17:30. I phone sales and go through the story again! I even offer to change the delivery address to that of my home, so that the goods can be dispatched, only to be told the lady that does the 'security' checks is the only person who can authorise this. They took my number, and low and behold, 18:41 and no call. No chance of getting my goods now!!

Aria you have one last chance to redeem yourselves. Get my order to me by the weekend and I will give you a more favourable review!!
