This is a great workout. With 5 different workouts I have one for everyday of the week. I also get results with this. I love Pilates and I love Kickboxing, so having a combination of the two is great. The instructor is easy to follow and the workout kicks my butt.
This is a low budget workout video. It doesn't bother me because all I care about is the workout.
I would recommend this workout to anyone looking to lose weight and get a strong, sexy stomach. It has helped me lose 5lbs already and I have only had the tape for a month!
