General Comments
On Xmas eve I decided to look for a Canon Powershot A 710is in the sales. I located one on Jessop's website for £199.99 PLUS if you put a discount code in it was reduced by a further £20!!
Great Joy, top price! Unfortunately it wouldn't work, so I emailed them. Immediately after Xmas I got a reply saying they had tested the code and it didn't work on this item, so I was to ring telesales and they would sort it.
This I did. The man who took my call did his best but was unable to get a price other than £199.99 so he took my number and said he would call back. I thought "here we go!" but before I could even start getting annoyed the phone rang and it was him! He put me through to a young lady who was able to process it. (very friendly) and said it would be delivered in about a week.
Next day at 8.45am my camera arrived!! Top Service. Maybe one day all internet shops will match this standard.
