My car windscreen wipers were better at scratching my windscreen than removing the rain so I needed to replace them. I first went to halfords where there was a dopey looking guy on the counter who had no interest in what I needed. I had wrongly assumed that you could just get the rubber (women drivers). My next stop was Fletchers who I have given a good review to before as they were good but they only had one blade (they obviously don't come in pairs)
My last stop was Kwik fit which is right by where I work so I had a wasted lunch break at Fletchers, I simply drove in asked if they did wipers, asked if they fitted them and within 2 minutes I was paying my bill. £19.99 which was as cheap as Halfords and Fletchers and I didn't even have to worry about fitting them. Steven Turner in Birmingham was an excellent example of how garages should be....
