Good Points
Their website looks nice and it looks like a good service.
Bad Points
They did not deliver what offered, I felt like they were not reading my emails thoroughly, they did not respond to the correct person.
General Comments
I was sent an e-mail from credit expert offering me a 30-day free subscription for an online report. I never received the report or any confirmation it was on its way. I e-mailed them a week or so later to cancel the service. I didn't receive any confirmation but assumed it had been cancelled and that my credit card would not be charged.
I have now found that my credit card was charged despite never getting anything from Experian. I have sent them e-mails which just clarify that the account is now closed, but what about my refund??? Then I sent an e-mail addressed to a guy again confirming that the account is closed.
So annoying over £5.99, avoid them.
