Looks great. Text entry is easy, and keyboard works well. I like the "pearl" as a cursor. Excellent Sync with Outlook.
It is impossible to SMS a contact - the only way you can send a contact is blackberry to blackberry.
Text entry could be more predictive - when it gets it wrong you end up retyping a bit.
Voice dialing is useless and doesn't work with Car kits.
The few 3rd party applications I have tried are not slick and do not integrate well with the system.
Poor backup from blackberry who refer you to the mobile phone company - what are they supposed to do about it.
If this is an attempt on mainstream smartphones the inability to send more complex items via SMS is a huge weakness. I could live with it otherwise.
