Search facility often doesn't find the item you're looking for so need to use the more tedious menus to filter searches
General Comments
I ordered a Sony digital camera on promotion with free 'standard' delivery and was most impressed to receive it less than 18 hours later, well packed and at a very good price.
On a previous occasion I ordered an incorrect filter and received prompt emails explaining the returns procedure. The refund was processed on the day of receipt and my account credited immediately.
