Quite easy to use, happy with that. Never really had a problem with "using" the unit, see bad point!
Bad Points
Only the one really, signal - it doesn't like to work. When I first bought the unit it worked a treat for about 2 months and then the signal pick up took 20 minutes +. Did an internet update and it worked fine again for about a fortnight and now signal pick is TERRIBLE. I can be 1/2 way to a destination before I get any navigation - that is not what I bought it for.
General Comments
As far as I am concerned, reasonable price or not, you buy a sat nav to tell you where to go, not to wake up when you are there to confirm you got there!
