General Comments
I have tried many, many products for my hair over the years, and nothing compares to Charles Worthington Hair Healer Intensive Leave In Conditioner. My hair is thick, and because of the amount of times I have highlighted my hair, it can often be dry at times, especially at the ends. Recently, I have also been experiencing 'flyaway hairs' around the root, which are annoying.
I was sceptical at first having tried so many things, so I bought the takeaway trial version from Boots for £1.65.
You use this by washing/conditioning your hair as normal, then blot excess water, apply and leave in. You only need to use a small amount as it goes along way. I combed it through my hair and then carried on styling at usual. This has a lovely smell, and it doesn't smell chemical or overpowering like other leave in conditioners. It also washes off hands really easily, and it doesn't feel sticky on your hands or on your hair. It actually feels really light and doesn't weigh hair down like some products do.
As soon as I started drying my hair I noticed a difference straight away - my hair was much softer, shiny and silkier; I was amazed that I had seen such a difference, as I wasn't expecting it!! My hair was much easier to style/brush, and it didn't knot like it usually does. Even after using hair straighteners it still looked really shiny and moisturised.
My hair is now shiny, smooth and sleek, and it doesn't look or feel dry at all. I am really pleased with this product, and I would recommend it to anyone. It also comes in a regular size bottle, but the takeaway versions are great to try as samples or to take on holiday. I have been using it for a few weeks now, and I have definitely noticed an improvement to my hair - it doesn't look as dry, and it is always shiny.
