General Comments
They failed to take my credit card details correctly in the first instance.
They did not notify me prior to delivery, even though this was specifically requested, meaning I missed the first attempt and had to take time off work at short notice.
Furniture at Work Sent a 'luxury' rather than a 'quality' recliner, ie. sent the wrong and cheaper chair.
The chair delivered was defective, and it had a large 6" x 3" scuff mark on the seat.
Despite numerous emails, telephone calls and complaints, they have failed to contact me to arrange collection and refund. It is now three weeks after delivery.

Update on my previous review. Note in my original review their was an error. What they delivered was a 'deluxe' not 'luxury' chair as stated. The 'quality' being a cheaper model than the 'quality' one I ordered.
Anyhows...after several weeks more of pulling my hair out, countless telephone calls, suggestions of small claims courts, recorded delivery letter + letter to the owner of the company I FINALLY got a refund cheque out of them. Absolutely appalling customer services, considering the professional looking website and claims of being one of county's biggest suppliers of office furniture this company left me with a bitter taste in my mouth regarding internet/telephone purchasing.
