Bad Points

Incompetent cabin crew for our flight with Thomson Fly forgot standard safety precautions and announced that the pilot had only ever landed a Boeing 737 on her laptop. Offensive customer service centre, who do not listen to your concerns and merely tell you to claim on your travel insurance. What for?
