Bad Points
Poor sound, pops & snaps. Continuously looses contact. Several times will link with phone-no indication of problems-but user only hears hum and other party hears nothing.
General Comments
Purchased this from Verizon store for over $100 just over month ago. Have had nothing but trouble with this device. Very unreliable and appears to be intolerant of fluorescent lighting, some cordless phones and microwave ovens.
