Very easy to use and set up.
Great web site and great service.
Using it for more than 4 years now (maybe 5) and only ever had 3 small problems.
The BIG PLUS POINT is that IF you have any issues, you call a phone number and get through to a real person (not in India) virtually straight away, and the Royal Bank of Scotland Internet Banking staff are always very helpful, and they have always provided an immediate answer.
