    Good Points

    Used to be free,
    So could kind of forgive when they were down for 48 hours or more, or when they would turn off spam filter and you would get loads of spam in your mailbox


    Bad Points

    No longer free
    They like to cancel free members, but worst is they cancel a free member (they claim account was inactive for 30 days, but actually account was accessed 15 hours prior, but they don't know how to check their logs) then try to get you to pay to re establish the account.. 25 email support requests over a 30 day period go unanswered by the postmaster admin team. 2 attempts to contact spider networks support (company who bought postmaster) also go unanswered, and lastly no respose from any of the snr executive staff (cio, cfo, ceo or customer svc director)


    General Comments

    They only want paid customers now. Why would any one want to pay for something so bad in the first place
