Can't think of any.
The card doesn't work in some shops in London; Capital One's server won't respond when the authorisation is attempted.
I want to know about my application for an increased credit limit made in early December. The lack of an answer is because I went over my limit in January (thus involving time travel, presumably). I would dispute that I've gone over my limit by £1.87, but I am not allowed to speak to Customer Relations until I pay by debit card. Having paid, I'm now told to wait 4 working days. I can only talk to collections, and there are no supervisors available, anywhere, ever! They don't have them, and I can't dispute being over my limit, because the information must be right. And anyway, I can't dispute it until I've paid.
The credit limit on the Capital One Classic Credit Card seems rather strange. Mine is £200. My other Visa has a limit of £5000 (I lost my wallet, and I can only use the Capital One card, currently). Why so low? And why can't I actually speak to anyone about it?
