This is ITV's replacement for Trisha who has defected to Channel 5. It is much the same as Trisha, only with a different host. Scary dysfunctional people who like to lie, cheat and steal get up and accuse other scary dysfunctional people of doing the same, then they try and sort it out with a lot of screaming and name calling. It's horrible. This is like our version of what the Romans called "bread and circuses" - putting weak people on display for the fun and amusement of others. Truly awful viewing, we should be past this sort of thing by now.
