Good Points

It works but the PROBLEM is below... See Bad Points


Bad Points

SERVICE. You will never get anyone on the phone for help. They answer emails ONLY when they feel like it and maybe 3 weeks later. They also will NOT help in any manner if you have a computer failure and need to reload your DeltaCad... even when you PROVE you are a paid for user. They make it clear that your problem isn't theirs. They say BUY AGAIN!


General Comments

For a company that has been around a few years I was totally surprised when I was told "No Help, buy again if you want to use it" or "Upgrade".
Now I have over 90 designs in my files and they treat me like I am dirt.
Give us MONEY MONEY MONEY... we won't help you.
I sent people to buy DeltaCad... now I will notify those same people to buy another program and get their files saved as Midnight Software is just that - People hiding out in the dark and taking the money while providing no service.

    Midnight Software Inc. were paid for 3 downloads, then I was ignored when downloads were a dead link.
    I never got a refund either.
