Good Points

Clarity of instructions is good


Bad Points

Not a reliable unit, as it shuts down for no reason and needs resetting
The post code locator does not work well - often takes you to a wrong place/address
It does not always takes you to the destination point by the shortest possible way
After entering a post code, there is no option to enter a house / building number
If you look for the nearest point of interest, you have to specify your location by entering the name of the city or town first. In my opinion, the unit should be able to do it for you, saving your time
NAVMAN customer service is not helpful at all


General Comments

I am a taxi driver, and I am a heavy user of satellite navigation.

I have had the Navman iCN530 for a few weeks, and I am having problems with this model all the time. Navman can repair the unit, but they would not provide me with a replacement during the repair, so I have had to buy a new GPS unit to have my ICN 530 fixed. I will try the TOM TOM ONE V 2.
