Alright coverage
pretty good customer support
Bad Points
It gets alright coverage outside of NYC but it is really spotty for service in the city, especially out on staten island. Their phones are boring, they all basically have the same exact software on them and they dont allow you to do much personalization
General Comments
I overall dont really like my verizon service and probably will end up going back with cingular very soon
