Good Points

Looks good in the kitchen but then so it should for the price. Easy to use.


Bad Points

Apalling customer service after Cannon has taken your cash they are not interested.


General Comments

Have been waiting for a Cannon engineer, (according to their literature they have Europe's largest service team) since Dec 12th to replace the thermostat on our Cannon 10430G. Have made 4 different appointments with Cannon only to have Europe's largest service team on the day in question tell me that they will have to cancel my appointment because their only engineer for the whole of East London has gone sick, whilst charging £149 call out fee for the privilege. The only compensation they have offered so far is an apology pack which is little more than a letter saying sorry, this is despite my having lost 4 days pay and ruining my Christmas. To date I still have no confirmed date as to when I might get my cooker repaired. Cannon are a joke once they have your cash you are forgotten.
